Welcome to "Master the Art of Opal Cutting" (the Course), owned and operated by Gemfish Opals Pty Ltd trading as Black Opal Direct A.B.N. 18 050 293 993 (we, us, our, or Black Opal Direct). By purchasing, accessing, and using the Course, you agree to comply with the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers outlined in this document (collectively referred to as Terms of Use). Your use of the Course constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Access and Delivery

- The Course is delivered electronically through our Kajabi platform.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials to access the Course materials.
- Access is provided for personal use only and is non-transferable.

- While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee the Course will be available at all times or free from interruptions.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct

- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 15% of the Course.
